About
A small company, on purpose.
Ultrec AI Inc is a virtual company. The work is real. The office is not a campus, and we are not going to pretend it is.
Where we are
Virginia, in the United States. People write to the company. There is no front desk and no walk-in lab.
How the company is set up
One company, building a few careful helpers and saying in public what those helpers are for. MedOffice AI is described on its own page and lives at medofficeai.com. It is not embedded here.

What “virtual” changes
- We will not invent a headquarters, a headcount, or a press office we do not have.
- The public site is this one: ultrecai.com. Staging comes first. The domain is attached later, on purpose.
- If a page says something is a draft or an inbox is not open, that is the current fact.
